About the real test
What to expect on test day
Oklahoma's Class D written exam has 20 questions, and you need 15 correct (75%) to pass; road signs are part of the same test. You can take it online at home through KnowTo Drive with a webcam, where the online test has a 60-minute limit and you get at most two online attempts, or in person at Service Oklahoma or a licensed operator. The test is in English only. A learner permit is available from age 15, and teens who finish an approved driver education course can have the written test waived.
Every question here is written from the official Oklahoma Driver Manual and shows the page it comes from. Practice by topic, or take a full 20-question mock exam scored the same way as the real test.
