About the real test

What to expect on test day

Arkansas gives its written knowledge test in person at Arkansas State Police testing sites; there is no at-home option. The minimum age for a permit is 14, and each written exam costs $5, collected with your license fees. Instead of a web practice test, the State Police offer the AR Driver Testing app. Arkansas does not publish how many questions are on the test, so there is no full-length mock exam here.

Every question here is written from the official Arkansas Driver License Study Guide (Edition 10, October 2026) and shows the page it comes from. Practice by topic or in mixed sets, then review the questions you missed.
